Wow that was an intense connection, of course my plane was late arriving into Kiev so had 35 minutes to get through Ukraine customs, get my skibag and recheck in another terminal. With a lot of excuse me's and spacibas (thank you in russian) I pushed my way all the way to the front, with my flight itinerary showing everyone. I am sure I was close to death jumping infront of people, but otherwise I would have missed my flight - and we cant have that.!
Now at the site and just had a training set in slalom. Its a bit bumpy but apart from that it felt really nice. The water is surprisingly warm, maybe its all the algae's that's holding the heat in. We now have a little wait until the trickers are done and then its jump time finally!!!
Will keep you all updated.

I am now on my way to Ukraine. We stopped off on the way and spent the night at a hotel to break up the journey. Much better than driving from Lincoln and then jumping onto a plane.
No problem checking my baggage through and all I can hope for is an on time arrival, as my connection in Ukraine is very tight, I only have 55 mins to re check my bags and get on another plane.
The site looks good, you check it out from my link below
